Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition upon receipt. It must also be in its original packaging.
Our return policy lasts for a duration of 30 days. In case 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
Please note that all sales, including TCG singles for any game or product, are considered final and are not eligible for return.
Moreover, the following item(s) are non-returnable:
- Sealed products that no longer have their factory wrapping intact.
- Items that are currently available for purchase at a discounted price.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In case you have purchased the item(s) via a third-party platform such as eBay, you must conduct the returns through the respective platform's return processes.
“Refund = Must be inspected before it’s Approved”
After inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your item(s) is approved for a refund or not.
If approved, we will refund you using the original payment method MINUS 10% for restocking fee
Please note that it may take a few days to process the refund.
